1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We do not have a strict MOQ for most of our products. Whether you are ordering 10 pieces or 1,000 pieces, we are happy to serve you. However, to enjoy our wholesale tiered pricing, we recommend a minimum purchase of 50 pieces per style.

For smaller trial orders, please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

2. Tiered Pricing & Discounts

We offer volume-based discounts. The larger your order, the lower the unit price. Below is our general discount structure:

- 10–49 pieces per style: Base price
- 50–199 pieces per style: 10% off
- 200–499 pieces per style: 15% off
- 500+ pieces per style: Contact us for a customized quote

*Discounts are applied per style and may vary by product category. Contact us for a specific quote based on your product list.

3. How to Place a Wholesale Order

Step 1: Browse our website and select the products you are interested in.
Step 2: Send us your product list with desired quantities via email or WhatsApp.
Step 3: We will reply with a customized wholesale quote within 24 hours.
Step 4: Confirm the order and make payment.
Step 5: We will arrange production or packing and provide tracking information once shipped.

For bulk orders, we also support photo referencing — if you have a specific design or style in mind, send us pictures and we will help you match it.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal (recommended for small to medium orders)
- Bank Wire Transfer / Direct Bank Transfer (recommended for large-volume orders to reduce processing fees)

Payment terms: Full payment is required before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss flexible payment terms on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via trusted international logistics partners. As long as major courier services reach your country, we can deliver to your doorstep.

- Shipping methods: We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
- Shipping time: Estimated delivery time is typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. For wholesale/bulk orders, we offer customized shipping quotes — contact us for details.

Please note: Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

All our crystals are 100% natural and carefully inspected before shipping. We stand behind the quality of every piece.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please note: Due to the natural nature of crystals, slight variations in color, size, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
